Cash
MUST be left the FIRST walk of the week and in a SEALED ENVELOPE with the following information: Name of dog, Week you are paying for, Amount. We will not accept loose cash.
We do not invoice this option.
Payment for boARDING
Boarding fees will be collected separately from walks and at the start of their stay. Any adjustments will be made at the end of their stay should an extra day be added, or they go home early.
Email Transfer
MUST be made by Sunday evening or Monday morning PRIOR to services being rendered. Must include the week you are paying for in the memo of each transfer each week. You may pay weekly or for 2 weeks in advance. We will no longer accept monthly payments unless paid up front. Add hst to all transfers
We do not invoice this option.
Cancellations
Must be made by 830am to avoid loss of payment. Cancellations MUST be made directly through our system NOT via text (unless in dire emergency.)
Any payment can be credited to the following week for properly cancelled appts.
Credit card payments
You MUST have a valid credit card in the system at ALL times. We will process this on our end weekly/biweekly. Should the payment not go through due to insufficient funds, invalid card etc. You will be given 24 hours to send payment via email transfer and/or update your card online. Should neither of these take place a $10 fee will be added to your invoice.
Bookings - Walks
Bookings are to be made by no later than 830am Monday morning for the full week.
Yes, we do allow last minute bookings until 830am daily but please try to book the full week at once if you can. Remember to use the “multiple book” option online when booking multiple days in the same week.
Late payment charge
Any late payments may be subject to a $10 late fee (Any payment not made at the start of each week). It is a lot of work chasing clients to be paid for services already rendered. We would much rather spend our energy and time focusing on the dogs!
Weekend/holidays/boarding bookings
Please message Melanie first before adding these bookings online to confirm if we are available. Boarding must be confirmed 100% via text before booking.
When to pay
ALL payments must be made at the START of each week before services are rendered. We DO NOT accept daily payment as this is hard to manage.
Pick up/Drop off $20
Applies each way. Discounts may apply for closer picks up at our discretion. Additional fees may apply for further pickups.
